As a mother navigating life postpartum, and now through the transitions of peri-menopause and beyond, I feel particularly passionate about women’s health. I understand firsthand the challenges that come with these stages of life, and I want every woman to feel empowered—not just to survive but to thrive through these changes. My mission is to help women take control of their health, rebuild their strength, and reclaim their confidence.
